He’s talking about the Lion statue in Lion’s Arch. It was destroyed in the last halloween event, then slowly being rebuild until it was completed again during Flame and Frost Prelude (january 28th, almost 3 months later), and then removed again for Dragon Bash on early june (replaced with holographic generators) until late august (IIRC) when it was put in place again…. probably to be destroyed again this halloween..
