Guild Wars 2

Hello all,

I have currently explored the:

Mad King’s Labyrinth
Lunatic’s Inquisition
Reaper’s Rumble
Mad King’s Clock Tower
Ascent to Madness dungeon

However I STILL only have 3/4 on my achievement…

Anyone know if I missed anything? I did the dungeon about 5 times while it was open and I just went back to the other places to make sure and still only 3/4…

I’m really frustrated here guys… just did all the others again and still nothing… any ideas?
