I find it unfortunate to focus on sylvari.
I wish I had a different approach based on my race. I hope for other extensions, we will look at other breeds. As Asuras.
I already have 6 Sylvari characters (5 of them level 80) each with their RP story, and my Revenant will definitely be Sylvari. I do “have a thing” for Sylvari
Besides, it makes sense to me that the first character to experience HoT should be a Sylvari. From the lore and RP point of view.
I finished my Elementalist which is Sylvari specifically for this reason. I’m just glad Anet finally made a hairstyle I like for them (the new pigtails one), and the exemplar outfit. because I don’t want to wear plants.
Yes. I’m rolling two (or more) additional Sylvari on top of my existing 4 Sylvari. They are simply the most unique, customizable race in the game. There is so much that one can do with their styles, textures, and glow effects.
