When the beta weekend was live, I perused the forums for information regarding the legality of posting beta footage on YouTube. From what I could tell, it seems kosher, but I didn’t see an official Anet answer. Does anyone know for sure?

Yes! There’s no non-disclosure agreement for these beta tests, so feel free to share your experiences!

There is no non-disclosure agreement for any of the Heart of Thorns beta events, as things stand. You may freely share any footage you took on Twitch or Youtube or any other site.
