I read that it will be givin on a weekly basis, the extra slot for buying HoT if your an veteran that is. Ive been playing almost since release and Ive bought HoT about 2 weeks ago, when will I be getting my extra character slot?

If you haven’t received your slot, try support. They’ll be able to solve that for you.

Just to clarify, you have definitely applied the code to your main account, and not started a new account by mistake? And do you see 4 beta slots on your character select screen?

Otherwise, as dsslive stated, contacting support will be your best bet.

Edit: Also, I saw that it took some players up to 10 days before they got their extra slot, so there is some chance that yours might be coming very soon.
