Has anybody else leveled the mushroom mastery?
When I did and went to try out te mushrooms they didn’t work anyone else has this problem?

yes i had that problem too with bouncing mushrooms

Yep, I doubled checked to make sure I had the mushroom mastery equipped and it still told me that I haven’t mastered them yet. I kind of sort of wanted to see if there was any kind of special animation associated with them, but oh well, time will tell.

I put points into it and couldn’t use the mushrooms either, could’ve sworn I saw someone use it right before me though

Spent points and ‘equipped’ bouncing pad mastery.

Got the message saying I didn’t have the mastery still.

Seems the general consensus for the map I was in was that it was broken – numerous other people in map mentioned they couldn’t get it to work either.

I put a point into it, equipped it and completed events to make the “level”, after completing the “level” I could use the shrooms just fine. I was confused at first too tough.

“Equipping” it doesn’t mean you actually have it available. You need to unlock it via Mastery Points, equip it, and then fight enough enemies and gain enough experience to level it up to fully unlock it and be able to use it.

Equipping it is basically like activating a PvP rewards track. You get nothing for just equipping it alone, but equipping it puts your experience gains toward learning it fully.

Yep, putting the point in only allowed you to have the skill.

You actually had to level up to learn it.

Have you leveled/trained the mushroom mastery?

In the last half hour people explained that in map chat, so I churned through some events to try to ding the level. I made it with 2 minutes to spare, ran pell mell for the mushroom, leaped atop it and hit F — and at that exact moment the demo ended.

So I don’t know if I would have launched into the air or not.

I believe that you have to get your adrenaline up first to use the mushrooms, after you trait for it of course!

It worked after getting the XP.

I think it’s confusing because it doesn’t function the same way the first point in Glider Mastery did. Glider Mastery gave you the functionality of the first tier simply by putting a point in it, Mushroom Mastery required the Mastery Point to unlock the first tier, but you also had to level it before using it. I thought I was doing something wrong at first as well.

The gliding mastery was probably a freebie since without it you wouldn’t be able to fight the wyvern.
