So i just bought the ultimte version of the expansion but i didnt get the items that come with it, i gotthe 4000 gems but i did not receive the Mini/Finisher/Character slot/Guild hall decoration/or glider skin

Do i get these when the expansion actually comes out? Or is this a problem that i should contact support about?

Ya i just got them it was delayed for some odd reason im all set now though i got everything and cant wait to play The Reaper thanks

Check your in-game email-make sure you don’t have more than 10 emails-delete some if you do, then they can be delivered.

I had to restart the client to get my stuff…
