Is our “beta bank” carrying over from the last event as well, since our characters aren’t being wiped? I ask because before the last event I stocked up on runes/sigils/food/etc that weren’t being provided in the gear chests to test with. But it seems like I’ll need more, and a wider range, for BWE2.

Anet haven’t told us anything other than “all progress is saved between BWE1 and BWE2” which would indicate the beta bank is as well.
