Guild Wars 2

It seems that this signup for the HoT newsletter is STILL bugged.

I’ve repeatedly been signing up to this thing ever since it was first available, and I still am not receiving any emails regarding HoT, not even a confirmation email.

I sign up, i get told “bla bla thanks for signing up” but nothing, i receive no emails at all.

What gives?

You are getting the current message because there is no check and/or different message for whether you’ve already signed up at all. You’re not the first person confused about this, sadly.

If you are already receiving the regular newsletter, you will also be signed up for HoT.

If you are not getting any e-mail from arenanet at all, try adding guildwars2@ncsoft.com to your address book. If this doesn’t work, contact support to see whether you are registered as signed up and for further help on the issue. They are quite quick in answering.

If you have received the latest mail titled: “See Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns at PAX East, Rezzed, and on Twitch this week!?” then you have nothing to worry about and will receive any mails that will be sent out in the future. This mail was sent out on 5-3.

Yup, got that email on the 5/3, cheers for the Information Chista, answered my question perfectly, at least i know I am signed up to the newsletter, shame they’re not pushing out confirmation emails just so people are aware that it worked.
