Guild Wars 2

I believe it is common knowledge that the OoW has a lot of NPCs with unique names that don’t really do anything yet. Such as the ones in LA, and all of the other secret bases (especially Ebonhawke).

However, there are a series of items that have messages in them. I have collected all the messages together. I’ve been able to one other post on here about them, but the OP only contained one of the messages.
Here are all the messages:
Message #4: 31 254 13 56
Message #5: 31 31 51 67 85
Decoder Ring: A1 15 35 1 15 95 85 65 15 12 5
Secret Note: B2 12 89 12 92
The following are a series of codes that are in words.
Order of Whispers Secret Code: asura, orrian, local, attack
Order of Whispers Secret Code: break, blaze, judgement, sabotage
Order Of Whispers Secret Code: Talk, time, dark, snow (this one says -mensorr at the end, ill follow this lead after the post)

Now people from the previous post have tried using modern day code breaking and said that it was not any of those. That means that it is perhaps dealing with something In game. As far as I am aware, there is no grid function for the map. I shall update this if the Mensorr lead goes somewhere.

yea i just spent like 20 minutes trying to decipher the note using binary combinations.
as far as i can tell, i was unsuccessful. there may be something im missing, so feel free to add to it or use it to help you.

It is possible that it is something incredibly dumb, such as every number corresponding with a letter. There aren’t that many unique numbers in there and some repetition.
