Ascended stat resets.
It has already been requested several times, and if I remember correctly, the status quo was “It might come with future releases”.
Tip: If you want to change stats on the LWS3 and Mist rings, you can at least do that by simply attuning them in the Mystic Forge (be aware that you can only attune a ring once; you can also infuse it in addition, which would allow yet another stat change, but that is too costly unless you play Fractals a lot).

It’s cheaper to just farm the LW S3 maps for a new backpack, unless you plan on infusing it anyway (for AR or stat infusions).

Among the ingredients is a full stack of ectoplasm. I have the same issue atm with one backpack, but I was planning to infuse it anyway at some point. Just not now.

Yes they are attuned.
I already knew about the bloodstone reset, I however have two black ice bands, two backpacks, three Jade Pendants, and three black ice earrings that are stuck in not so great stats.
You could also try contacting support. They are sometimes able to help people who have made mistakes, especially if the request is graciously worded.
