As the title says, why not change the backdrop in the character select screen for special events? Give us a Dragon Bash themed backdrop, or a spooky backdrop for Halloween.

I know there’s a small amount of animation in the backdrop, so that might have to be changed too. And I have no idea how much extra work that would be. But would it be that hard to at least make the backdrop fit the current event?

I would love to see this. It’s that small touch that makes an event extra special.

I would love it too, maybe if they added one of the wallpapers from the update page as a background, would make the loading screen more interesting and alert people more directly as to what is going on in-game.

They’re sort of doing this already, just with the background music in character select.
