Destroyers don’t count as elementals, either.
The Risen get their own slayer achievement, specific to Risen. If/when we get around to fighting more generic undead (Palawa Joko), those will not count toward the Risen achievement.

Moral of the story is that dragon minions are special. Maybe they’ll add a Mordrem Slayer achievement in an upcoming patch. But so far, only Risen have one.

Only treants count for Plant Slayer. It should really be called Treant Slayer, as other plants such as bramble bushes don’t count for it either.

I’m okay with Dragon minions having their own slayer achievements, I just wish it was implemented consistently for all dragons.

And karkas are not shell creatures at all. These things happen. :P

The whole system needs a clean-up. Here’s some issues from a year ago. I gave up on listing them.

Risen Giants don’t count to Giant Slayer.

Icebrood Norn do not count to Sons of Svanir Bane. Icebrood Elementals don’t count to Elemental Slayer.

Branded Earth/Air Elementals don’t count to Elemental Slayer.

Destroyer Harpy doesn’t count to Harpy Slayer. Or to Elemental Slayer.

Why would killing Mordrem – the vines included – count to a slayer achievement that’s not for Mordrem?

@Pixelpumpkin: Actually, in Arah seer path there are trees you can kill which count to plant slayer, so it’s more than just treants.

I think the main vines or at least the veteran ones should count for plant slayer. Tendrils are merely off shoots.

Not if they are Dragon….

no cause they are dragon minions, just like all the risen are dragon minions. what we need is a mord slayer achievement added
