It used to be that I got these pretty regularly and always had enough to craft a new Mystic Salvage kit whenever I had used it up. Now I haven’t been able to make Mystic kits because I never get any of these stones anymore.

Has something changed in the way you acquire the stones?

I received one from the log in reward “chest of black lion goods” so you can get them that way as well as for the achievement point reward chests, which usually give a few.

I do seem to get them more rarely now, but keep in mind that the newly “fixed” silver-fed Salvage-o-matic is now a viable alternative to Mystic kits. I haven’t forged Mystic kits in quite a while (and I’ve still got half a dozen in the bank). I only have one Silver SoM but if they put them on sale, I may pick up another.

you get them randomly from Black lion chests like 10x each chest

Got one a few days ago as a log in reward and some from my last achievement chest.

They drop like candy from AP chests.

@OP – you may be experiencing this since they changed the daily reward – before, you had a chance each day at a BL item and more often than not that item was a stone; now the daily reward is just AP, so no more BL drops except the 4 you get from login rewards per month.
