I think I know what the issue is – you need to talk to Cymbel with a Crude Leather Book in your inventory. This crude book you have already crafted several times in the Chupacabra collections and you have the recipe already (Huntsman). She will then give you the Baby Book and unlock the corresponding collection (which, btw, is cute af, you’ll see).
