I have made 2 twilights and 1 sunrise. 1 Twilight is fused into the eternity I made and yet I had 2 twilights because i wanted twilight on another char. How to obtain the titles till?

maybe since they are account bound now, take Eternity and Twilight while in the inventory of the same character and see the title giver in Divinitys. Aside from that im not sure.

It doesn’t work. Can anyone adress this please?

Was the Twilight you used to make Eternity bound to your account? I’ve not made an Eternity, so I’m not sure whether the components must be account-bound, or whether it makes a difference.

To get the title, you must currently possess two identical Legendaries bound to your account.

Support might be able to help you, you should submit a ticket. IMO you should be allowed to gain the title.
