Hey guys, can someone tell me what is the fastest way of farming karma is? Or the fastest Karma train? I tried EOTM and did not like it whatsoever, we kept running and we kept getting murdered by the other team even with a large group, it was so annoying.

I do Teq every day and that’s usually around 15,000 karma each time we kill him (give or take a little). Of course it does have it’s disadvantages. You need to get there early, need to be on a winning map and not get DC’d before it ends.

Under leveled fractals gives 10k ish. 20k if you buy obby shards with relics
You’re doing eotm wrong. It gives great karma if you avoid all other zergs and only capture locations. Killing other zergs is where the loot is at, but very little karma. Be on a better eotm map

EotM is the best one, you just need to find an overflow where the people are ktraining and not fighting.

I dont do eotm alot, but a couple times I have the commander has said explicitly “This is a karma train, we will not be fighting or defending.” I had one commander say "My goal here is to optimize bags and karma/hr. These are the kinds of maps you need to find.

you get the most karma from running a level exactly 10 below your personal level. and the most karma is from personal level 50, running level 40: 9,600. personal level 40, running level 30 = 8,800. personal level 40, running level 31 = 7,992. note that the karma you get is subject to boosts/etc. highest you can get is about 100%, so that’s up to 19,200 for a ~1 hour run.

Edge of the Mists is still best. Get some karma boosters and go go go!

EotM is currently the best way to get karma provided you have a decent train and commander. Normally green is the best but this tends to vary depending on which tier 1 server is green for that week. If you’re in a decent karma train, try to use any karma boosts that you have.

Sadly the days of having millions of spare karma are gone…..(I think I had 3.5 million at one point…..blew most of it when the Wardrobe system dropped).

If you’re making obsidian shards, go for Silverwastes. Open all the pirate chests you can find, and kill 2-3 monsters in each dynamic event before moving on to the next one. The map needs to have a good population, where events don’t fail.

A shard is worth 2100 karma, which is why this is a feasible option.

I farmed 500k over a one week period during Wintersday, and tried every way I could think of.

I also noticed that switching which method you use relieves tedium .. and… reduces the chance of diminishing returns on event rewards that show up after a long run of the same area.
