Guild Wars 2

I am going to craft the exotic great sword, Foefire’s Essence. It is one of three exotic great swords with a trail. The others being Volcanus and Heart of the Mists. But the stats are not so favourable to me. I think they are Magi or something, but I use Assassin’s gear. If I transmute the weapon onto another great sword just in the interest of stats, will it keep the effects?

Yeah, as long as you choose the Foefire’s essence in the top section for the appearance, it will look the same as it always has, then all you need to do is pick the stats you want in the middle, and the sigil if you wanted one that was there.

I myself have transmuted my Foefire’s essence around 4, maybe 5 times across my characters and to different stats, it is definitely my favourite greatsword look =p
