How do I partake in the daily activities?
They are now at the Vigil Keep in Gendarran Fields, but you need a pass to the Captain’s Airship to access the daily activities. The laurel vendor and trait retainer are up there too.
The bad thing is that you have to be at least level 28 to survive outside of the Keep, since Gendarran is recommended for levels 25-35.

So without a pass I can’t access the activities? That seems daft.
No, near the Vigil Keep, a bit southwest from the WP you can see the activity icon, just go there and have fun.

Whoops. I saw the icon near the airship, so I assumed the activity NPC was on it. My bad.
