If I have swiftness and chilled on me, how fast am I going? I assume being immobilized overrides swiftness entirely, and one can’t move?

Swiftness is 33% while chilled is -50% movement speed. 100(neutral)33-50=83

So you would be at 23% less than normal movement speed.

Immobilize overrides any other movement affecting conditions/boons.

I Disagree with Streyken. one is applied after the others. either way the outcome is the same.

Cause there is no real life distance in the game, I call the basic movement speed 100 p/s (pixels per second, prolly wrong as well, but it doesn’t matter for the outcome, its just a measuring unit). You can’t just + and – percentages.

So 50% (cause chilled) of 100 is 50 p/s. 133% (cause swiftness) of 50 is 66.5 p/s
Even if swiftness would be calculated before chilled the outcome would be 66.5. p/s

So if both are active you are moving 33.5% slower
