I originally made my necro as a Charr and leveled to 80. Then, I got reroll disease and decided I’d really prefer a Asura necro, and leveled it to 80.

I am now committed to the Asura necro, so now I have this old Charr character with 280K karma I want to use before I possibly delete it to free up a slot.

What would be the best way to spend that 280K of karma that will benefit my other character(s)?

Stealth nerfs are the perfect fertilizer for mistrust.

There is no real effective way. But in my opinion the way to get the most out of it is getting loads of lost orrian jewelry box and opening them. They drop:
- exotic miniature Risen preist of Batlhasar (account bound)
- Everlasting potions (account bound)
Those are the very rare drops.

- Unidentifiable object (only use is selling them for 50 copper each, and you’ll get a load of those)
- liquid karma containers (variable sizes, account bound, so you can use them on other characters)
- obsidian shards (useless unless you want a legendary weapon)
- Tier 5 lodestones (can be sold for money)

Exotic miniatures are not that rare. I get one from every 50 boxes on average.
The karma these boxes return are less than the costs (which is 4500) so it will allow you to move some of the karma. In general 280k gets you about half the karma you can then add to another character.
As Mercury said you will also get unidenfityable objects and cores/lodestones which you can sell. 280k karma will probably yield in the neigborhood of 4-8 gold in valuables (depending on the RNG gods).

Not much to spend karma on. Orr boxes as mentioned before. Cultural weapons, up to 63k karma each. They will be soulbound so you will have to break the soulbinding to make them account bound. Some of the cultural weapon sellers also sell fine salvage kits for karma, I use those to salvage white items. Ummmmm, I think that’s about it.

If you’re a cook you could buy some bananas.

(just saying bananas, read crafting food in general)

Not that you will need 280k karma for that …

“Whose Kitten is this?” – “It’s a Charr baby.”
“Whose Charr is this?”- “Ted’s.”
“Who’s Ted?”- “Ted’s dead, baby. Ted’s dead.”

Cooking ingredients from various NPCs, Orrian Jewelry Boxes, or if you enjoy crafting and don’t have all the karma recipes yet for your crafting-set of choice, can always get that out of the way.

You can buy lv 80 rares and throw ‘em in the MF if you’re feeling lucky. I’d go with the Jewelery Boxes though.
