So I was thinking and I came up with a great idea for a charr character. The problem is, I already have four charr plus three other characters. 7 is already more than I can handle, but I keep thinking about that new charr. I have the name and look all planned out and it’s AMAZING and I WANT TO, but I MUST NOT DO IT! AAARRRGHH!

As for your problem; do you have any character slots left? If so, why not just create it and see how it goes? You can always delete him/her again.

The charr would be Thorn Gorecrow, an engineer who was thrown out of Iron Legion for consorting with renegades. She has since been invited to my main’s Blood warband—Centurion Gorefell plans on exploiting Thorn’s hatred of humans & the Iron Legion, for evil ends.

Well, all you people have convinced me. I’ll be buying a new character slot this evening, despite my misgivings.
XD I think my issue with making another alt is that I want to give all my characters equal attention. Regular leveling and good gear should be a basic character right haha. At this point, I lavish way too much love on only my main. 2-5 get a reasonable amount of attention, number six is mildly underplayed, and number seven could file for neglect.

I like to RP, but I’m a bit wary of really stepping into it. For regular, structured RP I’d need to find a guild, but since I’m a student I worry that I won’t be able to put enough time into the guild RP

make 4 more alt level 80 then delete them.. i think this will really stop you making level 80 for a month or so i guess.. hope i helped

Well, the deed is done. I deleted my most neglected human, and feel much better after having done so. I really can’t manage more then 7 characters, but Thorn Gorecrow was worth deleting someone else.

Let me rephrase this… Thorn hates humans. She murdered the human character and threw her body into one of the Lion’s Arch canals. I really couldn’t do anything to stop her. It is not my fault! lol

See, that’s why I never let my characters see each other. They start arguing, fighting, they get jealous “Why did he get the awesome armour first and not me?” … it just does not stop.

lol most of the time it works out. My main has beaten most of them into line. That human was one of the ones who wasn’t having any of it. As a result, anything that may have happened to her is… well… a consequence of not having the band’s protection. This new character is far more obedient to the main’s will XD.

Well hopefully she isn’t petty. Otherwise if you log in one day and the shared bank stash is empty, you’ll know who probably vendored everything just to spite the others.
