Precurser
Your only real option would be to either:
1) Save and buy it off the TP
or
2) Try your luck at the Mystic Forge
The Mystic Forge is a huge gamble so its up to you if you’re feeling lucky. The safest way would be to just save and buy it outright. There is the incredibly low chance you might come across a precursor from loot/chests/rewards, but the odds are slim to none and theres no guarantee it would be what you want.
Hello fellas.
Well, i managed to grind and farm for very long time and get all the gifts i need.
I have gift of fortune, gift of mastery, and gift of twilight.
But i couldn’t get Dusk, after long period of trying to farm gold and trying luck with mf beacause prices were just going up, i gave up and left the game.
I now honestly realy miss the game, and cmo’n can’t be true i worked my butt off for the gifts and just leave like that.
Can someone please help me, how can i manage to get Dusk?
Thanks ahead!
Farm money, buy precursor. Best and safest way. Sure, you can get lucky in the forge, but I would really really really advise against that since sooo many people have lost so much with it.
The price of Dusk has indeed spiked up a while ago, but not only has it stabilized but is now dropping slightly. And the Labyrinth is such a good place to make money!
GL!
well you can just play the game normally, maybe try to get 10-20 gold a day, and you can get you’ll precursor in 2-3 month.
Thanks for the replies, thing is, im in the army, i can’t realy farm every day.
i just want to come back home for the weekend and have fun playing.
so unmotivating all that precurser situation.
Why not just play when you can and enjoy yourself? Do a couple of dungeon paths while you’re on, and save the gold. Do your dailies when you’re around, and then buy Heavy Crafting bags to get t6 mats to sell. It’ll take time, but you’ll eventually have the gold to get it.

well I have a suggestion. Next time before you take a long break. Spend all your money on black lion weapon. If you spend 400 gold 1 year ago buying a bunch of black lion weapon, those could sell for 1200 gold now.
Basically buy those black lion weapon which sells for 1 ticket at that time.

Legendaries are the hardest item to get in the game. Of course, if you play only during the weekends, it will be really hard to get precursor, its supposed to be that way.
Just enjoy the game and eventually, you’ll be able to get your Legendary.

You don’t need a legendary to enjoy the game.
My personal experience: About a year ago decided I wanted to make a legendary (just to make one, even though I didn’t really want it). I ground HARD and made Sunrise. To the point where I hated logging in for quite a while. I sold it, and was happy I did. I bought a ton of other cool stuff with the gold.
Now, I’m making another, because I ended up getting The Lover out of the MF by sheer luck. However, I’m not grinding, and I refuse to buy any of the ingredients with gold, so I’m just doing what I want and saving up the stuff I need. It’s way better that way. I feel no urgency to make the thing (again, I will just sell it when I’m done).
I also have limited play time. I am not going to ruin my enjoyment by grinding. I suggest you may want to simply change your perspective/goal. Even if you super want that legendary, just play the game, and realize it will simply take longer to get your final prize… and that’s ok. You need to WANT to play for more than that, or once you get it, you’ll have nothing left to play for.
If you’d asked earlier, my advice would have been “sell everything you find until you can buy the Precursor, then work on the Gifts”.
Psychologically, it is a lot easier to stomach farming when the hard part (Precursor) is already done. Getting the Gifts is the easiest part of the process (except maybe the one that uses Silver Doubloons).
Thanks for the replies.
I think the whole system is so wrong.
Precurser should be the easier part, beacause think about it, the gifts should be the hard part, all the exploration, the grind, stuff you can’t buy.
well if you are in army you could afford it if you cant farm gold..its like 150$ worth of gems.
