Okay…so I want the rune: Superios Rune of Nightmares, that comes with the armor for Twilight Arbor. My question is, can I SALVAGE that rune from the armor pieces and use it on different armor? Or will I have to transmute it to get the rune on my other armor?

I am asking because I want the Rune of Nightmares on my Tactical armor for my Necromancer.

Yes, you can salvage them (destroying the armor in the process). BUT, your success rate depends on the type of salvage kit you use. You’d want the Black Lion salvage kit for 100% success. See:

Remember that you can also get just the runes with the Dungeon tokens, from the same vendor that gives the armor and weapons as well.

i’m pretty sure you can just buy the rune from the TA merchant. also keep in mind that you will lose the armor when you salvage it
