does anyone know if there are servers out there that are still doin Tequatl on a regular basis? Preferably with a good succes rate :-)

Most Tequatl runs are done by the TTS guilds out there, ttsgamers.com. I’ve joined one just to beat Tequatl, which they do several times a day.

There definitely are. In fact there’s even topics on here every so often from people complaining that so many people come to do it that they end up in the overflow and can’t join in.

I’m afraid I can’t tell you which ones though.

Actually the guild usually makes it own overflow and then moves everyone there, so we don’t do it on main servers. The exception to this is the middle of the night.

Yes beating Tequalt on a overflow is something done on purpose. Its harder to beat it on a normal server because some people are playing, doing Heart, map completion, exploration, guild missions, gathering or simply AFK, taking precious place for the people that want to do Tequalt. TTS Guild is beating Tequalt by finding a empty overflow and taxiing everybody in so that everybody on the map is working on Tequalt.

Jade Quarry does Teq a LOT with a very nice success rate. TTS does Teq twice daily on JQ, iirc, but they do it in their own overflows where you must be lucky to get into, unless you are a member of TTS. They usually have 2 or 3 overflows. If you can get in the main, then success is 99% guaranteed there as well. There are also other guilds who organize Teq fights, but more sporadically and the success rate is not 100%.

Basically, if you want success, get into TTS of or main, but be sure to get there early as it fills up pretty fast, especially main.

Best Teq run I’ve had was with TTS and we killed Teq with 6 mins to spare.

Did an EU TEQ kill recently with > 6 mins left on the clock on the NA Jade Quarry server and perfect defences !
