I missed out on the fused weapon skin a while back and noticed it is now available in the ticket exchange again, I was fairly newbish when this was released but now that I’m better at the game, I would like to get this. Is it still obtainable or is the ticket not available anymore?

The tickets are unfortunately not available anymore, unless ANet decides to do a re-release down the track. You could try starting a petition for the new Black Lion Weapon Tickets to work for any of the past weapon skins available from the Black Lion Weapon Vendors (which, by the way, I would wholeheartedly support).

Not a good idea, if you read the forum rules petitions are not allowed and will be closed, with the petitioner being held responsible. Yes I know it’s ridiculous and closed-minded…

Okay, but you could post a suggestion in the suggestions forum, do a survey to see how other players feel about it, and get a discussion going.

The distinction is somewhat arbitrary. Anyway, don’t call it “petition” and you’ll be fine.
