ummm, ok, so i have been told that condition damage cannot crit. but ravaging type gear has + condition and + precision(crit).

so can condition crit? am i missing something? otherwise why are the two combined in this way?

thanks dont laugh too much if i missed something very simple

you have quiet an amount of sigils and traits that give conditions when you crit like the sigil that gives 60% chance to bleed when crit thats why you have ravaging type gear

Also, Warriors get a lot of stuff like bleed or vulnerability chances on crit, so having condition damage off on the side is a nice little amount of bonus damage to go on their massive crits.

Also mesmers have a trait that make their illusions stack bleed on crits, in again you want both then

Aren’t they counted separately, anyway? Like if I have an attack that naturally causes bleeding, the +Condition Damage affects that, while at the same time any attack capable of getting a critical hit is helped by the +Precision, right?
