You have an overheating problem.
Hi Jay, I don’t think you can refund. Wish I could help you. Maybe you should post more info like your computer specs. Maybe some one has the same specs and can help you out.

Don’t jump the barrel so fast. I’m sure there are people out there that can answer your question, however many of us aren’t sitting at your computer, looking at your build and actively able to work on it. Guessing will not get us anywhere.
Start Menu, Run> Dxdiag
That will give a lot of information that can be essentially vital for anyone to know what is going on if it is a DirectX issue.
As well, when your computer crashes, as you reboot/power it back on, what error message does it give in the black screen? There will always be an error report. I have noticed that a lot of motherboards lately have been having issues with the North Bridge overheating.
As well, some extremely valuable tools to look into are CPUZ and CPUZ Hardware Monitor. These will actually let you check not only your core temperature, but your fan speeds, your NB/SB temps, your GPU temps and so on.
To me, this sounds like a hard core heating issue, as your computer will actively shut down once your CPU and or GPU core temperatures reach over 110 degrees.
Take a look into it, as well, just because the case looks clean, it is always good to get a can of air and give it a spray down. Don’t forget to get inside and get your heatsink cleaned out on your CPU/NB/SB and GPU. People always forget to give those a spray down.
If it is your NB or CPU, and they have heatsinks, you may need to apply new thermal paste, or look into a better cooling system. If you have a stock fan on your CPU, this may be the time to put together 60$ and invest in something like a Corsair H70 or H100.
But like I said, have patience, provide some info, and you’ll get quicker results.
You already posted this in tech support. Why here too? You really should do your own research sir. Its Also hard to take you seriously when this forum is well aware of who Jay Wilson is. Having said that there are several threads alluding to wireless router issues in the tech support section. If you are using that then try bypassing it and directly connecting. If it doesnt work … well someone actually did try to help you .
