Only from an spvp/tpvp point of view:
I think the stun-lock warrior is good, becomes OP with bow condition cleanse and HS, but a “stun-lock” type class/build is excellent for group play. Also most of the warrior skill animations that stun or knockdown are well telegraphed which means their is ample room for counterplay.
I don’t know how good the thief build you described is for spvp/tpvp.
MM necro seems a little too strong, hambow warrior is a decent counter- but there you have 2 OP specs so…
Ranger- I don’t know any “all condition removing ranger build”; if anything rangers have terrible condition removal: a GM trait that takes three conditions away every ten secs and transfers to pet (killing pet), a heal that periodically cleanses some conditions, and a signet on a long CD that I wouldn’t take on most builds. In the current meta you basically have to take that GM trait and healing spring and conditions still destroy you.
Meditation guard has much better condition removal on short CDs, engi has automated response GM that makes them immune to conditions at 25% health, thief cleanses in stealth and on some other skills, warrior LB has on demand 1-3 condi cleanse every 8 secs that also does huge aoe damage, and a condition immunity trait. They all trump the ranger in condi-removal imo.
@OP: You lose all credibility by talking about thieves stealthing. No one cares about that in PvP. If this was a WvW thread, it would be different.
If you see a thief stealth a lot in PvP, you should be happy. It makes they can’t defend or take a point from you.
@style.6173: In conquest, Stealth is useless but in Dueling, Stealth is unstoppable and that was what the OP mean to say.
Right now in sPvP with conquest mode, Stealth does not cause any harm to the balance but in the future where more game modes come out and do not have cap point you will see Stealth became an issue and specially PU mesmer.
Or we stop complaining already.
Anet knows our opinion, this won’t make a difference.

You’re upset that a counter-condition build can remove conditions? Sounds like a L2P issue to me.
LOL @ stealth being OP in duels, ever since the initiative nerfs permastealth has been impossible without the investment of bad traits and lengthy utilities with extremely high telegraphy, and anyone with half a brain will know where the Thief is the instant they use black powder for more stealth.

I just want a conversation which skills/traits/builds do you find overpowered in pvp. I do not want flaming.
And yes I hope Anet will give a “kitten” about these kind of things in future updates if we “complaining” enough.
This thing is called customer feedback.
So please write only if you have something constuctive to say to help improve ingame balance.
no, my point is: anet won’t change anything no matter how much we complain… look at past few months patches, they speak for themself
suggestions? constructive feedback? get real… none of that matters or is even read…
the only person who reads what we write is forum mods to make sure we are not rude to each other or devs
