Serious question. You tell us to “just use them up”… what of all the loyal PvPers who have way too many to possibly use up? What about us? Why wont we get compensated for our soon to be obsolete “rewards”.

I hate to sound cliche… but it is a slap in the face.

I suppose I might be in the minority, but I don’t really care about all my glory boosters. Doesn’t bother me that they’re going away one whit.

Every loyal sPvPers has stackS of them, I just can’t use em up as I simply cannot play 600+ hours of sPvP in the short amount of time given before they’re worthless.

P.S Stop making them drop from achievement boxes + BL chests.

To be honest though, even if it stopped dropping. We still can’t use them all up. New players will completely benefit from this since they WILL be able to use them up, while the older loyal players will get shafted by having a ton of their resources deleted resulting in waste.

What I really mean is that it doesn’t really hurt or negatively affect new players.

That’s what I feel. That veteran players have invested their time into this game and as such have an accumulation of game items, such as boosters.

The fact that they can simply just take it away and that its not an issue is a failure on their behalf.

I’m really disappointed.

Except, unlike you and me, some people actually used their boosters so they actually profit from new ones.

All glory boosters should turn into “PvP boosters” where they both increase Rank points and Gold earned from PvP. Then make them unobtainable after the deadline but you keep what’s left.

Or maybe an npc where you can just turn them I for gold.

A-net won’t make an on the fly change to w/e they intend to compensate the older players, but we can dream.

I used all of mine as well… yet I still have 244 left to use up. No I was not hoarding them.

Only if you play endlessly without sleep, food, or breaks, You’ll only end up using 24 a day. One stack will take about 10 days. Lovely

P.S. Will go and play 300 hours of pvp now to not waste this wonderful reward that I have been receiving since release.
