Sounds good, and no problem – happy to help! As you can tell, I’m really looking forward to this feature.
I’m curious if a Custom Arena server can host only one match at a time. This could make duels and build testing rather difficult.
Will you get rank points from playing games in a custom arena?
I imagine you won’t be able to earn rank points via custom games, but I’ve added the question to the list (# 10) nonetheless and tweaked it around a bit.

I’ve added a “requests” portion since this really isn’t a question (i.e. we know the current filters/options ArenaNet has in place).
What is this “rental time”? These purchasable custom arena kits are time bound?

kitten, they seriously didn’t plan any special features to make custom arenas be notably better than SPvP servers….

I’d prefer no to specific skills so you can’t ban an entire class because of their one or 2 OP builds, but ehh, banning classes could be nifty…

I would like to see an option to turn off down state.
but the opportunity of defeating the enemy is provided by the enemy himself.
I remember that we were supposed to be able to turn off points gain from holding objectives/disable objective capping entirely, but I dont see this feature in “options list”. Was this feature disabled/not ever implemented? This thing is crucial for creating diverse play modes on custom arenas.
That feature was never promoted, someone from ANet just said that they’d consider it.

Imagine how fun it would be if there was a 5v5 of the same class. Sounds cool to me
a mode that could be interesting is battle of the bunkers in custom arenas.. where instead of a duel two players fight over 1 node for say 3 mins and see who can keep it contested the most..
this would be a battle of CC and could be quite fun to watch..

It will not contain a replay feature (Stop, Pause, Playback Etc) yet though, so Movie Montages will still be difficult to make.

I like the down state itself, but I absolutely hate the ability to auto-rally on kills. That would be a second option for it I’d love to see.
In the future, could we see this turned into guild halls? This just seems like a more robust system than what we had with guild halls, except I didn’t have to pay for a guild hall with real money in GW1.

Looking over the options I wondering if it will be possible to setup “true dueling” arenas? If not, how does ANET see dueling working with the available options ?
By “True Dueling” I mean where the winner stays to fight again, the loser returns to a waiting queue and the winners next opponent is a previous spectator who is up next in waiting in rotation (queue). Ideally it would be possible to configure for TEAM or FFA style dueling rotations. In addition each “round” should have a configurable timer and if it is reached both combatants would return to the waiting queue. Optimally a sudden death timer (e.g. gradually decreasing vitality or stacking might buff) could be added for those fights where neither fighter can overwhelm the other (i.e. two bunker Eles).

I think this question basically already been asked but in another form (i.e. options/features that can be adjusted in the maps settings).
Another question. Will there be hardcore mode? Like if you die, your character will no longer be playable. Sort of like what D3 has.
Because it’s so hard to create a new character for PvP? ;-)
Regarding the number of Players – what will be the minimum and max of Players?
