I feel the warrior has a set role in tPvP and unlike people think it’s not the role of an unbeatable terminator (in higher level PvP a warrior who oversteps his boundaries will get mauled in seconds) but rather a protector of his teammates, a source of consistent pressure and control and a player who can tank a point for a period of time.
Your delivery simply isn’t good enough to get rid of the opponents quickly enough on your own. Over time you might be able to kill your enemies, but by that time your own team will be lying dead. No comparison to the access that a thief has for example in cutting through the backline while being able to disengage almost at will.
He’s the guy you need to get past in order to get your hands on the real damage dealers such as grenade engis, condi or power necros, burst eles or whatever, who can just toss out damage without any cast times or visible animations.
If you leave a warrior out of your set-up, you will have to come up with a viable alternative for this role.

Honestly, it totally catched my eye with the ‘’no warriors’’ :P
Just too bad that warriors aren’t the most passive build in this game anymore. And that has to say something.
No skill is required for the best outcome, even in higher PvP.
Passive builds > most other builds. And I’m not even going to compare that to the super high skillcapped but still near useless Elementalists.
Nobody ever even considered the fact that maybe he already had enough warriors so he didn’t need any more. Instead people read “no warriors” and because it goes against the majority and isn’t the meta people bash it. This is his guild, why the f#ck are people trying to tell him how he should run it?
It is not what you do, but how and why you do it that counts.
