Help with balance patch

I can’t name my source but expect glyph of elementals to get a MAAAAAJOR buff. We’re talking insta-gibs, folks.
Based on past seasons, the April 19 patch will contain “major” balance changes.
any NON elementalist changes? nerfs to scrapper’s survivability and reaper’s access to poison/CC? buffs to mesmer DPS?
I can’t name my source, but reapers will gain the ability to fly and thieves will be getting a 100% damage increase to their dagger auto attacks. Scrappers also get a trait that makes them immune to power damage.
Bad Elementalist
Torment damage modifier reduced by 0.73% but in return it will integrate with the bleed damage modified by 0.0067% and when deriving both you end up with a poison damage modifier increase of 50% but the poison damage modifier was originally going to end up being nerfed by 50% which leaves one with just an increase of 4%, however, burning ticking speed will increase by 20E-10% which will effectively, after taking into account animation duration from warrior axe skill #2, nerf quickness duration by 2 seconds.

~5 skills previously not used are given a small buff
Skyhammer is now in ranked rotation
Warrior healing signet increased by 14hps
I think backstab won’t reveal and it now applies 3 seconds of stealth

It will likely come at the end of the season (+0-2 days) so april 18-19.
We can not know how much the balance patch will contain, but it has to adress the major issues. They dont have much of a choice if they wish to keep their community alive for another whole season.
There can also be several more, they only dont patch mid-season.
I doubt we will see many changes. Mostly we will get few shaves to current builds and thats about it. When unviable stuff will become viable? Never. They just dont know what they doing, simple as that. Rev sword and stab on dodge for CORE rev is the best example of it.. they “fixed” something that wasnt broken in the first place.

I don’t see ele as op as it gave up all damage for healing nor is it a bunker as it can be burst down with power or condi
Condi shatter mes was really the only build they had left so kinda hard to complain

- Mesmers will be able to go back in time eternally. If the mesmer goes too far back in time, the character is deleted forever.
- Dragonhunters will be banned from PvP, because there are no dragons in PvP. See you in PvE.
- Warriors will get a major buff. Their damage will be nerfed by 50% whenever they have a condition on them, they will wear have heavy armour no more, and endure pain is now added as a permanent effect to reaper shroud. Oh wait, did we say buff warrior? Ha ha. Ha ha ha. ~shakes head in disbelief~

Dont forget unnecessary skill nerfs and extra bugs implemented like on disabling shot stutter and skills ruined like rifle 4 on warrior
