I dont know what toughness does
I dont know why i should stack defensive stats
I dont know how my skills scale with stats
I dont want to play with defensive stats

This game needs no skill and is unbalanced thats why i get wrecked so hard in pvp.

Because its so ridiculously hard to tell that the mesmer who is dodging away is the real one or just target mark it prior to the clone spam. I also built glass cannon and died to a thief spamming one button, clearly the problem lies in poor balance.

On a more serious note, I think ANet struck an exceptional spot with PvP balance this early in the game’s lifespan.

Yah I play a mesmer can you please not nerf us but change us! Right now the really kinda crazy memser dmg comes from the phantasm build. The reason mesmers have phantasms is because we don’t do enough dmg on our own.
