If one of my party members disconnected during a match, he/she will get a -1 PiP but how about me? Will I also get a -1 pip or it won’t change at all?

If he was in your “party” then you will lose a pip also.
If he was in your pvp team (ie you solo q or at least was not in his party before match started) then you will not lose a pip.

It depends on when they leave. Someone rage quit my team last night with about a min left before the other team won and we all still lost a pip.
