Anyways what’s problematic about chill is that chill has zero effect on most thief and revenant kills. A condition that counters some hard, but that others get to ignore is bad Rock Paper Scissors design.

Very situational? Try every meta engineer build.

You seem to be lacking basic maths skills or just very salty against engi.
Rifle 1: no condi
Traits: burning
Grenade kit: trait vuln
Tool kit: cripple vuln
That’s the meta build and that’s total to 3. Next you’re going to tell me a condi build is supposed to stack many conditions. BTW if you haven’t noticed I’m not saying ele needs condi cleanse lowered, they should be one of the least to worry about conditions.

Mhmm, who cares if the only meta build with decent access to chill are necros (bottom tier and would have to take staff) and other eles. :/

silly ‘problem’ is silly…

PS. if a meta thief hit you with chill after you left water, that’s called ‘counterplay’ to stealth vs ele aoe damage spam. If it’s a ‘Necro problem’ then it’s hilarious that you would complain about passives while you have 15 stacks of might and protection :

“Stop, Drop and Roll” has a 10s cooldown, and it will go on cooldown for any random Burning tick you have. Getting perma burning in teamfight is pretty easy, especially with Necro/Engi. Mostlikely by the time you dodge, it will cleanse a burning, and become useless for 10s, during which you will get chilled. The chance that your dodge will cleanse the chill is pretty small.

Gray out the HP for future condition damage
Already quit PvP. Just log in here and there to troll.

It’s an active defense. If you need it elsewhere then don’t use it yet. Yes I realize you roll a lot but my main point is: I’m not saying the one trait will turn everything around but instead that it isn’t game over to your attunements if you get chilled.

Ele: Cleansing water + Soothing wave = 1 condi removed every 10seconds (critically hit).
Engi: Incendiary Powder = 1 burning every 10seconds (if critical strike)
Necro: Dhummfire = 1 burning every 10seconds.

They actually cancel each other out because the cooldown is shared for traits. Despite the abundance of burning in PvP, it’s still a valid option to take to cleanse chill. If there’s multiple conditions, then you can cleansing fire first.

I’m pretty sure chill is suppose to increase cooldown on atuments and it take it from thiefs they get skill by stealing what counters best the class they are fighting and with electric iy chills … makes sence

Attunement swapping is the same as weapon swap and should be treated the same.

I mostly play for the new Free-For-All arena in PvP lobby.

No it is not excactly the same other classes class abilitys are effected by freeze also it’s just stronger counter vs else and you need to deal with it its not like ppl have alot of access to freese only reaper will have when it gets out
