Please, just remove necro from the game
Well i hope terror will do dmg even with the resistance buff up becouse its not condition doing dmg but trait :P
I am just worried of the expansion mindset, make stronger class keep others under then nerf and go back to usual which isn’t good for necro anyways. It will be better at some point I just don’t know when.

Works very differently. Berserker Stance prevents conditions from being applied. Resistance just prevents the condition from doing anything.

Not necessarily. This is a coding thing, since Fear does not cause damage. The Terror trait does. It may very well bypass Resistance on the damage, since the trait checks to see if a Fear you applied is active on the target, then applies damage.
Now, I don’t think it should behave that way, but it likely can.
Ok Ok so lets look on last fix for condis.
- Updated condition damage. Previously, a condition that had a fractional remainder of time after it dealt damage would not inflict the rest of its damage. For example, a 1.5-second burn would deal 1 second of burning damage, then fail to inflict the remaining 0.5 seconds of burning. Conditions will now deal this fractional damage either at the beginning or end of their duration, depending on when the next damage pulse would occur and their remaining duration.
Ofc this fix does not effect dmg from fear becouse it’s the trait dealing damage, not the condition.
By that logic terror will damage even with resistance???

So what , necro in higher tier pvp cant use melee weapons simply becouse he lack thing that every other class in this game have access to like block , invul , mobility , stability etc.
At power necro is just 1 trick pony

this is why the profession needs a buff. at rank 40-50 i starting to find myself close to useless. yes i play solo.
O.o, really? i have spent alot of time in pvp and tbh, i fear the necro class more than any other.
A condi necro is a pain in the kitten for my engi since hes condi as well, but that does not mean a power necro can’t destroy me either, minion masters are also a pain to deal with.
Idk man, I won’t tell you to get better because i’ve not got a clue on how good you are, but I don’t think necro is not something to be wary of when you pvp.
EXACTLY. Only other class anyone fears more than a Necro is a turret engi.
