We need to have live agents to speak with who can rectify issues in a timely manner.

For the past couple days I have not been able to log on my main character without the game crashing. Needless to say, I’m fairly upset about this.

I posted a complaint on the bug forums.
I posted a complaint on the technical support forums.
I logged a complaint in game on a level 1 alt.
I asked a friend in game to log a complaint on my behalf.
I logged a ticket through the website.
I tried ipconfig /flushdns.
I tried re-installing the game.
I tried a -repair
I tried deleting the local.dat file
I tried guesting on another server.
I tried updating all my drivers.

Nothing works.

I can create alts and play them just fine, but whenever I click play on my level 80 Guardian, the loading screen comes up and then the game crashes.

“Fatal Error: Fatal disk-error (23) on read”

I am a business development manager for a contact center in Montego Bay Jamaica, just a 1-hour flight from Miami. Please consider outsourcing your technical support so people actually have a live contact with trained agents who are able to troubleshoot and resolve their issues. They could work in tandem with your current technical staff.

Also please assist in resolving my issue. I know this is the wrong forum, but I posted it in the correct forum and it has been days now with no contact and the issue still unresolved.

Someone… anyone… please help. I want to play the game.

I would be doing the same thing he’s doing if I hadn’t been answered in over a week having tried contacting in every possible way as well as fixing in every possible way that he knows as well.

Btw, I’ve read up on what this error means and it means that the data was corrupted on your hard drive. What they suggest is that you try running your manufacturer’s diagnostic utility on your hard-drive to confirm that it’s in good condition. Otherwise you might need to replace your hard drive.

And this is precisely why you get delayed support, you are flooding the ticket backlog with the same issue.

I work at a helpdesk and what we do in these situations is, we run your ID and close out all tickets that are duplicates with the same issue. So you’re only delaying yourself.

Also, they are already outsourced and contracted. Most help desks you are working for a staffing agency because the turnover rate is very high.

Especially when every customer you deal with is so upset that they would rather fire everyone so that way people from another country can just copy and paste scripts and NOT read your issue.
