PvP rank points
I agree it should be based on winning a game. In GW1 it was, and I also think it should be in tournament games only, this game rank is a joke you just zerg to get rank, there is no skill or teamplay that must be involved. You can be a joke rank 80 in GW2, but in GW1 its impossible to become a joke rank 80 because you have to EARN it by winning real games.
GW1 gives you ZERO glory/rank points in hotjoins.
And everyone can say GW1 pvp is a lot better than GW2.
1. The players get the respect they deserve (everyone sees there guild/team name when they win multiple games)
2. THEY get the most points towards ranking up (not some hotjoin hero, look at the best players rank, is he r60? NOPE, some hotjoin hero is RANK 60)
3. The matchmaking IS good
4. They got more than 2 teams fighting each other at once (this is pvp, not gvg, 1 premade facing another premade is pretty much gvg… GW2 has CRAPPY guild stuff for PvP, all you can do really is 10% more influence, THATS IT)
5. Theres more modes, I like conquest but I get bored of it and in GW1 you had multiple types of PvP, multiple modes as well.

Ye the reward system has to be reworked. But A-Net mentioned this allrdy 1 month ago. Similar to everything, we wait till nothing happens.
I don’t really see it that way, I mean consider all the things that need fixing or tweaking then testing etc etc. Creating a game takes a lot of time I have faith that it will get there in time.
They had 5 years of fixing and testing. And then they come up with 4 maps, hotjoin and 3-round tournament. Promoting this as a AAA-PvP Game makes me feel to live in a different world. Same goes for bug-fixing and revamping the PvP-System. The list for them is endless, but it seems like nothing get fixed. The list just gets longer and longer.
