No idea what’s new with this new pvp event but I have been losing all the matches one after one. Not that I’m an expert but I’m not a bad player either. Been playing for quite 2 years and never had this kind of failure in a row It might be the time to take a break may be. Does anyone else feel any change recently in the matches? I don’t mind losing if it’s in a competitive way but it surely hurts to lose some 10-12 matches in a row past 4-5 days, I guess ever since this last update happened, I hardly won any lol /ranting over

Stuff like this can and will happen especially if you solo queue a lot. If you tough it out you will probably have a long winning streak soon or at least win more then you lose for an extended period of time but my experience has always been that things are extremely volatile. That’s assuming you are at least an average player with some knowldege of conquest and i have no reason to believe you aren’t.

Yeah if you are solo queuing that is bound to happen, before the ladder reset I had a 10 game losing streak then won 8 in a row to start off the ladder. If you solo queue mainly your win rate will always hover around 50%, if you are extremely good it will hover closer to 60% if you are kind of bad it will be just below.

I can’t remember the old solo queue leader board too well but other than a few stand outs or new players who started on hot streaks then stopped playing most people had ~50% win ratios. With this match making system that occasionally matches up a full solo queue team against a premade those win rates are actually bound to be a little lower than with the old system

I’m having the same issue with terrible matches since Tuesday. Mind you, I’m also terrible but it’s been a bad week for matchmaking.

No he is right. A few days before the ladder test started everything went haywire. In the last ~30 matches or so I played were so many matches which were complete blowouts in either direction. Some good ones in between but so many 500:50 and less. The worst one was like 500:10.
I mean you sometimes had these matches before. But not like 3 in a row.

I get the pain, really the only way is to break for at least 1/2 hr and get out of the bad rotation and away from the batch of bad players you are getting paired with.
In the last 2 nights I had a 5 match lossing streak 2 nights ago and last night a 6 match winning streak.

I agree with you. It’s been horrible lately. I almost never queue with anyone else, mostly solo and it’s been painful.

It might a spec thing , my builds are not meta but I do quite well or you got the wrong side of RNG. I am solo most of the time.

Are we talking ranked or unranked?

Ranked is horrible to me then imo, I have bad experience with people that just care about names on a board. I’ll go there in a group never solo,queue with reliable friends even if you met them in match.If you want to win have a reliable team to back you up not one from current MMR, solo vs team is too much of a gamble.

I can’t stand playing on maps like sw, skyhamm and courtyard. That’s why I go in ranked. And it actually used to be more fun.

Back then with solo and team queue it was probably easier but now I don’t feel like gathering a team all the time and I like TDM wish there was a queue for it… If you care about LB find reliable people I don’t trust MMR or ranked anymore,the spec stacking gets annoying. Unranked fits me so far.
