Myself and all other players from map are stuck in PVP match.

Nothing is able to make you get away from the map. Swapping characters, exiting, logging out and relogging, waiting around, etc. Nothing takes anyone away from the map.

Impossible to continue playing….

Yeah, just got this too. It happened on my last game after it ended. It keep pulling the players from anywhere back into the finished game. Timer is frozen, etc. etc. Screenshot attached.

Exactly the same thing… wonder which forum we can get an ANET response…. man impossible to keep playing.

I always knew this PVP map trapping idea was bad… but this… this is just absurd.

I AM with a similar problem my match dont even started and the screen of the map results dont go away and the match dont start. I tryed everything. Arena net want to bring the expansion and let this bugs happens. Kinda wrong.

It should let the winners leave and keep the losers. By the end of the night we’d know who the best players are.

ANET wants to punish us for being mean. Heart of Thorns update will get rid of PVP matches entirely to focus on helpful community.

It’s not fixed. Just happened to us after a match on ToTSS. We can’t leave. Problem is we didn’t bring supplies for camping. Could easily happen we starve to death (sad quaggan).

Experiencing the same issue in a tournament PvP game on Temple of the Silent Storm. All players from our match are currently trapped in a PvP game where score 500 was already reached by one team. Attempting to leave through any means seems to port us straight back into the match.

Yes, revive a thread 3 months old! 3 months and this hasn’t been solved? Lols, was watching a few twitch streamers who got the stuck in match bug. I’m guessing its a new bug guys, not the same one that occurred 3 months ago

Also queue times are *insane* for the time of night - people are reporting 30 minutes or more in queue, for both ranked and unranked on EU. Usually right now queues are less than 5 minutes, sometimes up to 10.

People were reporting this a couple of days ago, too - pretty sure there are much more recent threads that can be necro’d for it.

New or old the symptoms are still the same.

Got unstuck this morning but the problem is since then I can’t join a single unranked or ranked queue. I can join hotjoin no problem but queues for ranked/unranked go up to 20+ minutes during times when average queues are 2-3 minutes.

Earlier today i was in a match when a new Game Build was rolling out, when my match ended the game booted me as usual.

I load back in and i see “match in progress”, I read on the forums to log out of the game entirely for 10+ mins and it will clear up.

While match in progress cleared up, I cant queue with my friend. Once we both hit ready we see “Queue Abandoned” instantly, we’re retried prob 30+ times to see that instantly pop everytime.

Now I try solo queueing and I see estimated time 2mins while I’ve actually been queued for 10, 15 mins.

Any ideas?

I am am having the same problem as Kaseus. I was also in a match and booted when the new build rolled out, and have been unable to join a PvP game ever since. I sat and waited to see just how high the que would go (2 hours) and it just keeps going.

I had this same experience too. I waited in both queues for over 15 minutes. After awhile I had walked away just to see how high it would go, but I never got a queue pop in over 33 minutes of waiting.

I’m still having this problem.

I have this problem as well, and the same situation started it for me. As soon as i press “Play (Unranked Arena)” I Get the “Queue Abandoned” message instantly, making me unable to play sPvP.

I posted in the other thread in the bug forum, but still nothing since, contacted support via a ticket but they asked me to submit a report in-game, did that also – now posting here in hope that I can just get this fixed and be able to PvP again…

Yup I have this issue also, playing an alt account atm.

stucked at the moment in khylo for god knows how long ,alredy send a ticket .
Hope some one answer the prayers, because this is getting really annoying ToT.

Im stuck right now in Foefire, not only myself but my entire team. Pls fix this bug already, its rly annoying!

…and once again I am stuck in sPvP. It happened to me on the first day of the new patch and it took over 24 hours to sort out even though I contacted support and made a forum post.

DO SOMETHING PLS – STOP BANNING ME FROM SPVP.

Hey everyone – as I’ve mentioned in other threads, we are aware of a bug that causes some people to become stuck in matches when a new game build is released. Rest assured, we are working on a fix for this issue. In the mean time, some manual intervention is required to clear up those players that get stuck – which I am happy to do. If you are stuck, contacting CS or posting is definitely the right thing to do as we watch the forums closely for issues like this.
