PvP community has been asking for very long time now for Team Leaderboards, the player base wants a reason to start a team, we are pushed towards just casual solo play or que with friends.

When a big event happens pugs group up and start a team to fill the tourney rooster. You might think ESL and WTS solves this problem but they are more of a event, there needs to be reason for team’s to start and push towards becoming top team.

I for one have been waiting from release of GW2 for a Team leaderboard format, just seems weird nothing was ever been done seen as the current game mode is conquest.

Dude, be nice, that was hardly a QQ thread. It was a suggestion, expressed in neutral terms.

With HoT, indeed, guild LBs will be added to the game. I suppose that if a certain number of players from the same guild (probably between 3 and 5) play together in either SH or conquest (or maybe just SH? That wasn’t clear), they play for the guild LB. So if you want to form a team, create a team guild and start practicing! We don’t have all the informations yet.

Ristillath is right though. there wont be any major changes before exp (beside the promised trait mechanisc changes). sadly exp wont come out as fast as we want though, so OP’s suggestion is really on point! Guild/team leaderboard would encourage competitive gameplay more than everything else. also gonna make top teams easyer to find scrims && more challanging teams would come out of nowhere.

OP is asking for a Team LB for PvP.
Expansion giving us Guild/Team LB for Stronghold only, because that’s a “GvG”.

There won’t be a Team/Guild Leaderboard for Conquest.
Thats what OP is asking for.

It’s what I would like to see aswel, tbh.
Not just for Stronghold, their so called GvG.
