Would you still use rune of strength if the damage multiplier was reduced from 7% to 5% and might duration reduced by 5%?

At some point shaving strength runes will result in pirate rune being clearly superior.

Yes but is this shave to big or would most people still be happy with them?

I’ll still be pretty happy with it since I still get the free mights from the 4 pieces bonus.

Maybe, but I’d probably swap out for Hoelbrek a lot more often

If it was only 5% on duration and 2% on damage, I would keep it. Any more and I would be back to Ogre or Pirate (both would e clearly superior) and Pack in WvW/PvE.
