I ask that the devs remove class X. I tried to fight them and they are way too strong. No class should be that strong at 1v1. Even when I’m with my teammates, this player beat all three of us without even trying. Clearly the build is too strong, but the issue persists with class X. Any build for class X is stronger than other meta builds. I’ve mastered my class and can easily steamroll all other classes, except class X. Nerf PLZ.

On that note, anyone notice how many people are playing class X. It seems every game has one, sometimes more. I keep hearing “pros” saying how this build has counters, but I know all those players are actually playing class X and don’t want to be nerfed. If removing a class is too hard, just remove all the OP abilities from that class in pvp. All of them… No reason someone should be able to roll his face on his keyboard and beat me. (one of the best players in the game) I don’t have any room to grow as a player, so this change needs to happen to achieve balance in this game. DONT YOU WANT PVP TO BECOME AN ESPORT?!?!?!?! That will never happen as long as class X exists.

See, I see this a LOT, but really, X isn’t that bad… And it certainly doesn’t need to be removed. I think they need to focus on ways to increase the risk of playing X, but not remove it all together. X does well in 1v1, but it really doesn’t offer much to the team, and as such, different builds have different strengths and weaknesses. If your class was as strong at supporting a team as it was in 1v1 it would be broken, so maybe focus on fighting with your team to overcomes 1v1 builds such as X.

I have played X since alpha, so I know it has many counters. For instance, roaming as X can be hard because of poor “missing skill set”, which is why you see a lot of Ys in the meta on good teams rather than X, but I can see why you’re frustrated.

If you need help learning how to fight X, just whisper me in game and we can do some 1v1s and kitten the issue!

This is probably the most useful thread we’ve had in a while. Moral of the story:

It’s okay to have weak points. Most complaints are made before proper learning is done. Everything has its strengths and weaknesses and people who play those builds have knowledge and are often willing to help you learn, even if you are just a noob venting.

More has been said here thats truthful than numerous “nerf everything into the ground!” Threads.

Well, I’m sure QQ’ers will appreciate the template you made for them, just have to find and replace “class X” with w/e class they wish to QQ about.

Pretty sure we all know what X class is, and OP more than likely mains it.

The truth of the matter is if there are lots of people qqing about class X it really doesn’t matter if they are right or not. If a mmo wants to keep it’s player base the devs will need to do something or else lose players.
I have seen this is in far too many games sometimes the complaint is legit imo and sometimes it l2p issues and most of the time is a bit of both. What is constant is that the games where the devs did nothing ended up losing players . Some time you don’t even need to do anything , just a few post from the devs explain why things are the way they are have made the difference. This also goes for game design issues like why do we only have conquest….

Remember when SD Thief had 2 condi removals on an instant cast sword 2 return which also was a stun break, while 3 could be activated outside of range to teleport with larcenous giving a ranged 7k spike which was repeatable with a stunbreak///condi cleanse retreat so you couldnt be punished ever?
The page 1 looked a little like that was class X then.. But I’m sure you thought that was balanced too..
