Morning everyone ~

To clear up what happened last night at the Fight club (Which I had a great time at) Me and a guildie we’re watching a fight on the AR side when two guys (A asura warrior and human thief) decided to attack me and my guildie out of the blue, they killed my guildie and i let it go until about the fourth go, then when I rezzed him I was attacked. so i wiped the thief and warrior and the RE guild started jumping me and my friend, and im not talking two people, im talking 15.

Hodge saw it and thought it was uncalled for, so Me Hodge and buffalo bills wiped that RE guild.

WARlords of anvil rock WAR Lords and TDME were all involved in that.

Must have been after I was gone. RE are the coordinators of FC and try to enforce the rules so I find it odd that Littlefeather would allow any kind of acting out.

If anything why don’t you try and get organized and do well in wvw instead of sitting on the forums being victims.

No worries. I am curious to see where we end up as well. I have a feeling I know but won’t make any predictions. As for WM’s motives, I believe they have stated them clearly. We have no reason to doubt them, nor does anybody else in reality.

I’m just going to say for all the people that made spiteful comments about meows transfer it really shows how upset you are about their leaving. I read some comments about them just being numbers etc etc. Not really sure why you felt the need to come on a forum and say something like that if they weren’t really significant.

Well we aren’t dead dead.
It would only take like 3 big guilds to keep us in tier 6

And not much more than that to power through tier 5.
Simply because of the stupid amount of fair weather players.
Like if a guild shows up? Double their numbers in fair weathers will appear.

NSP is going to have to rebuild again and look for new guilds on server to step up. We will settle into t7/8 and continue on. Badges still drop and hopefully wasted weeks like this one will stop happening with the end of free transfers. It’ll be T7, and not T8. Actually, falling to T7 isn’t even a given as there aren’t any servers there right now that are on the way up. With HoD narrowly edging out DH (as of last score update I’ve seen) the point distance between T6 and T7 is widening, despite Kaineng’s point gain. We’ve yet to see how crippled DR/BP have been from their transfers. Unless a server in T7 really steps it up, it’ll take a real blowout loss for us to drop (which honestly isn’t out of the question).

I was just looking ahead to what happens if our WvW numbers stay about the same. Id honestly be surprised if we fell to T8, but it remains to be seen what happens until free transfers end. T6 next week but we will feel the numbers crunch – I’m actually looking forward to seeing what we field next week since I do think a lot of the wvw crew took last week off because of the stupid numbers Kain put out. Honestly, we’d probably be better off if we dropped to T7. After the transfers, that’s probably where we belong because of our (now even lower) wvw population. Since resets are happening in a couple hours, I just wanted to say thanks to AR and Kaeneng for the interesting week. As one sided as it was, my guild used the situation in a positive light and practiced new setups to counter zergs. Maybe not 100% polished yet, but there were some good results. As for WM, your guilds organization and quick mobilization is amazing. We learned alot by watching you guys plow through us. Good luck in tier 5, Kaeneng, and we’ll be seeing you again, AR. ; D

A large number of guilds from SBI and IoJ also just jumped to Kaineng… so they’re not going to “get crushed” any time soon.

What happened to NSP as far as I can think of is the result of series of events.
1. our biggest WvW alliance left NSP a couple months into the release, NSP hasn’t really recovered WvW population since

Due to stated above event, NSP pretty much a PvE server, with 1-2 WvW guilds and small mobile guild groups who do whatever they want, when they want regardless for the better or worse of this server. We also have a lack of intelligent commanders, zergs follow them, nothing gets done, people leave.
3. most groups are, as Bird Song says, “Fair weather”. Doesn’t help our WvW population.
4. We have guilds come and go weeks. ie: Revo moved over to help us against AR and DH, went to Kaineng. Last night, from what I was told had a guild [QQ] move in, I’d like to think they’ll stay, but I highly doubt it. When the guilds come and go, it almost feels like 2 others follow. What this server needs is people staying. Not leaving when game gets hard.
Tl;dr: NSP is a PvE server. PvE’ers only come into WvW when the water is warm and the weather is fair.

Well, transfers will more or less stop when free transfers end later this month. It’ll be interesting to see how many of the people from the abandoning guilds might stay when the bulk transfer.

NSP has a tactics advantage that the t8 server can’t compete with. If you can field 10-20 ppl you can dominate there. On the other had t7 might be a fit population wise but I think watching t7 go against the dreaded “wall of steel” all of us know NSP can produce would be funny… I would almost pay for a transfer to watch it one day, should a tier fall come to pass. You guys have excellent leadership in [Os], if you’d make use of it.

Been a fun week guys skirmish wise, I’ve had my butt handed to me a few times. Sorry about the map colors, but Kain is full of graffiti artists. Best of luck to both servers going forward.

Some serious class acts from both servers this week. NSP, I’m sorry our rematch couldn’t be under more egalitarian conditions. One day. I hope you both appreciated the fights when they were good, and I do think there were many. You’ll be so much more comfortable in a lower tier. Stiff competition in that direction the way it’s shaping up, and you all are the type to find the most motivation under pressure. I won’t wish you luck, you don’t need it and don’t seem to want it from us anyway. Just have fun.

Kornfanxx, thanks for coming to the FC at some point, even if only a few minutes. Little does not tolerate that kinda behavior from anyone in our Guild, and there a numerous officers who also enforce the rules, regardless of server.

We will all stand by and let one of our members get staked if they are out of line as well. Last week there was 2 server players, who tried to crash (non RE, nor Oni, nor Kain, nor Ai, nor DE… pretty sure they were up scaled newer players too who completely missed reading the chat log), and 20 of us said let them get staked. They chose not to listen, we explained, and then res’d them… only to see them try again, and guess what … Gate of Madness and HoD staked em again while we watched. Eventually they learned, and understood. If any from the server act that way, we will /s chat or whisper it to the FC participants to let the opponents enforce accordingly. If it was absolutely uncalled and classless as you say (I find this hard to believe, given the dozens of posts regarding the positivity around the event, and you can check every week, it’s much of the same respect for each other gained).

If someone was out of line, that was from Rethesis, please feel free to send / tell any of us. If you were on the vent, or grouped with some of our members, it’s not an issue to follow as needed.

I do find it hard to believe, pardon but precedence is against you (over 14 weeks ongoing and it’s been absolutely respectable), but of course would love the inputs and screens to follow up accordingly. It’s not tolerated, this much is clearly understood by our guild.

Every server has an understanding of our guild. And most servers at some week, have participated in our event and also know of the level we play. And have carried on with dueling after we left match ups. Fight Club is a good event, and provides a positive atmosphere for people. It’s not everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s completely optional. A lot of people like to go and watch too, to try and learn some tricks.

If this is just a random shot at RE, carry on, we don’t care about that kinda crap. If it’s valid, pm me or add a screen, and I can figure out who the individual is and follow up.

Do your research first before speaking about FC again please – look at each of our matchups Thursday/Friday postings. It’s been ongoing since release, and ‘actually is’ an enjoyable experience for many.

I’m sure spawn camping has been around since release as well.

Your saying the orange is bad because you got sick from an apple. When the orange has been good since they were discovered. And EVERY SERVER has said positive things about this event.

It’s two separate entities, and you make 0 sense. People will still knock kain for 1000 + 1 reasons. Don’t worry about that. FC … is not one of them, and has been respectable since launch. Will carry on weekly, and will still be a fun event for any who want to participate in. It’s optional.

RE has hosted fight club for 14 weeks now and we are not going to stop after our Kain move. The fight club is for having fun with our opponents, and everyone on our server that attends has enjoyed it. You may not like transfers, but save the vitriol for your guild chat as I’m sure a mod will see to your post at some point.

Kaineng: Just thought I’d let you know that your old nemesis PRO who, after stating repeatedly they’d NOT leave DR…has jumped ship. Running over to Dragonbrand.

OK in response to this thread regarding what Dred or Nytemyst posted. PRO is NOT and I REPEAT NOT transferring servers, OUR GUILD IS STAYING ON Devonas. This post by Dred last night was a practical joke or early April fools prank that he felt was going to be amusing. For anyone who has witnessed Dreds forum posting habits you know he is full of hot air most of the time and that he shouldn’t be taken too seriously with many things.
PRO is on DR to stay, and if it wasn’t I would not have spent so much time trying to build an alliance with other DR guilds, don’t take the words of one player to stand for the consensus of our entire guild.

The odds of Kaineng making it even to T4 are stacked against them. Currently Kaineng is winning T6 by a margin only slightly better than Maguuma is winning T5. If they make it to T4 (which will require two of those 4 current T4 caliber servers dropping out of the running) it’s extremely unlikely they’ll make it through to T3. Getting out of T3 is almost impossible right now with the size of the point gap between T3 and T2. It took a month of Blackgate dominating T2 while SBI struggled in T1 before that transition finally took hold, and the gap between those tiers has only gotten wider.

It really speaks to what a complete waste of time this week has been that FC has generated sooooooo many posts and so much venom. No one cares. WTB Reset.

It appears that a long-time T4+ server is dropping down to join us in T5. We are looking forward to our matchup against Ehmry Bay. I expect they will attempt to stop us in our tracks, and we are eagerly awaiting the challenge. I think we’ll have a pretty good idea by the end of the night what the next few weeks look like for us on Kaineng.

If we continue improving our strategies the way we’ve been doing for the past few weeks (and no, we’re not “only zergs”), I will be very optimistic about Kaineng’s chances.

Hmm seems down to the wire, BP or DR … Hope AR gets BP and kain gets DR.

While Ehmry Bay fought in T4 for some time, they are the smallest of the 3 – Maguuma, Yak’s Bend and Ehmry Bay. (Dragonbrand doesn’t count, recent population changes have made them more closely rated for T3)

Considering Ebay’s recent loss of guilds these past 2 weeks, chances look high that Kain’s wvw population may be greater than Ebay’s – but that doesn’t necessarily mean Ebay will be going down without a fight.

I predict Ebay and Kain will be tussling around for about 2 weeks, and if Kain does indeed move up the ladder, Kain better be prepare themselves for Mags and Yaks; because those two are the true veterans of T4 and don’t look down on newcomers lightly having lots of experience fighting with an oceanic disadvantage. T4 will be a test to see if your NA primetime crew is worth their salt.

HOWEVER, if Kain does manage to climb past T4 into T3, T3 is where your true test will be – pitted against DB and CD that possess much higher oceanic coverage than all the servers below it – which also means a 3-way mirror fight between servers that have almost the same exact coverage distribution. I’m watching with great interest. It’s gonna be like Pacquio vs Mayweather – and I’m excited to see how this all unfolds.

But let’s see where T5 goes first and if the hype is deserved of the progress. T-minus 1 hour before showtime!

Very true, I can’t see entire guilds spending gems to transfer, although I could be wrong.
The main issue is this next week is going to hurt alot of servers while everyones jumping ship to which ever server is the next big thing.

Only thing you can do is hope your ppl are loyal and stay or hope your server ends up being the next big thing.

This ^^^ and everyone included all are excited. I think it is going to be a very, very, tough ride, with plenty of good strong, long fought battles as we expect.

Reset … and T5, is the next step on this week’s field. Judging from the point tally’s and knowing the player’s server’s at hand… it will be a strong battle. The points between Tiers grows large, but we have our goals. I look forward to Ehmry & DR (likely) again. And thank you for sharing PRO still remains. I was hoping they were still there, at least to enjoy one more battle against many of their solid players again. We can’t look to t4, or t3… we won’t look to anything outside of the direct match at hand and work hard. Hold true to our goal, nothing is ever handed out on a silver platter. Fight for every step, and battle hard.

There’s alot of learning, improving, adjusting and processing that has to go on while we battle. This weekend, starting in 1 hour will be a long 48 solid hours of absolute fun.
