Given a single map.

Server A population: 80
Server B: 20
Server C: 10

Outmanned buff:
Multiply Server B’s players’ stat by 4 (by 2 if too OP)
Multiply Server C’s players’ stats by 8 (by 4 if too OP)

That would make people think twice before running 10vs1
And remove the orbs buffs and replace them by something useful for structures upgrades.

Isn’t that sweet?

[Edit] After giving it a second thought, just multiply Vitality/Toughness/Healing Power and supply capacity stats, so there won’t be anyone able to one shot the opponent. That would make the fights more interresting for everyone.

Have a player count on game screen for each BL and get a equal buff for that.

Very bad way.
A few years ago Blizz made this system in wow .(then removed a short time later)
It was a lot of solo players(imba one -shoters) with less side.
Now imagine bers riffle engi(stat x2 modifier):
30+k HP, JumpShot deal 15k dmg, discharge opening deal 30k dmg
This engi can kill part of raid from opening.

How about setting the map cap to 40 and forcing the overstacked server’s population to move to lower pop servers. Then while you’re at it, prevent future WvW players to transfer to the overpopulated server.

Balance achieved.

Yep that works much better and can be fun for everyone.

Outnumbered Players can become “mini-World Bosses” staying alive while the zergs swarm around them.

There are still issues though as the game has way too many lockdown CC’s with no DR. It would be a small step in the right direction though.
