Alpine Siege placements

1st April joke, when gw2 receives a “balance” update.
So now that the Alpine maps have returned, I have to wonder if the devs finally fixed the exploit of placing siege in the Citadel area.
For those that don’t know, the Citadel is supposed to be a non-siege placement zone, however, there are spots where siege can be placed that can cover/destroy NW and NE towers and are extremely difficult to destroy.
I just want to know if that has finally been fixed or are people still going to have to deal with that annoyance.
