Yup so many exploit zones… since beta…
100% World completion.
You just need to set up your counter-siege stuff quickly. That needs team work carrying a lot of supply. Those trebs can be taken down.
@Herr der Friedhoefe.2490 After you just have taken tower it has no supplies. People have used their supplies on rams to take gates down. The only option is to run to supply camp, and it takes time. And they already have their siege weapons set up. So it is not an option most of the times.

No, he’s right. It takes teamwork, and logic, in order to overcome the homeland advantage in those areas. Some people, after building rams and using supplies- if they’re not good at fighting- should go run more supplies, for either repairs or new siege.
A thief is pretty much useless taking a tower, unless they’re manning siege. Shortbow can do some poison to defenders on the wall, but that’s it. If the thief is too weak to fight off defenders coming to hinder the tower siege, then the thief should instead be FAST. Help build siege, use your supplies, then bail and run off to get more supplies for the capture (assuming you are going to capture it)
That is teamwork, and effective use of the people in your team.

@fractalKinesis.8569 Off topic, but. “A thief is pretty much useless taking a tower, unless they’re manning siege”. I do 5-10k crits with a Cluster bomb and every siege I kill about 3-5 defenders on the wall. You call it useless? And I’m not even talking about melee combat.

That’s fine, you kill a couple dudes. But you have no supplies. I see you standing on the edge of a hill complaining about catapults, not running back to the nearby camp to grab some more to whip up a treb or two.
@fractalKinesis.8569 Actually I used my supply for building cata just couple seconds before taking a screenshot. Guess what, it was taken down instantly by 3 enemy catas. I feel sorry for you, if you don’t see the ridiculousness of this situation.

Macovan is completely right… You’ve probably noticed how often the garrison and other northern towers exchanges hands. It’s tough not to. That place is being seiged every 5 minutes. I don’t see how you can call that a player issue when there are untouchable catapults being placed on a cliff that will always rain hell on the those areas.

The WvW map is designed the way it is due to strategic planning for defending and attacking teams, those keeps, towers and supply camps are related to each other, in terms of attacking and defending, you need to study them more closely to work out a plan for your team in dealing with them.
As for the siege weapon in the invulnerable area, pro-tip, the players are invulnerable, but the siege weapons can be damaged.
