He got up to mid-Mithril rank from doing actual WvW and switched to EotM during the Spring Tournament. And he’s had Ultimate Dominator for god knows how long now.

GZ well-deserved. Always got lot’s of kills when i followed you.

Jesus… I wonder how many people have reached Diamond. I’ve seen only a handfull of Mithril’s, in all of my playtime I’d ballpark it at 20 – 30, a good sized group of Platinum’s, maybe 100 or more and a whole heap of gold’s and silvers (Silver Champion myself). But I have only KNOWN not actually seen his rank, one Diamond rank. Never actually seen a Diamond on an offending server in real WvW or in EOTM. Makes me wonder how many people in the whole game are higher than a Mithril rank.
And for the record, I have played a lot of WvW, most of it being in T1. If I haven’t seen any Diamond ranks I can’t imagine there to be very many.

Grats FSB, that’s solved the debate about your ranking once and for all. It’s always fun following you and great to have a comm that knows what they are doing. I hope you get some good drops from enemies now that you won’t get any more from wexp:-(

It’s a good sample size for seeing if your toon is lucky and checking on how many gold, exotic and ascended pieces the rank boxes dropped!

the lootstick does not kill enemies, it tags them, those are not 250k kills, those are 250k enemies hit with 200 damage

about the “standing menacingly in the distance of a keep while people debate on whether they should approach your or not”, high ranking players are, 99% of the time, zerglings
roamers lose to zergs, never to zerglings, zerglings are free kills

Rank 10,000… and probably still only have 5% of WvW achievements done.

I agree, the hate is somewhat misplaced. It’s definitely a… thing to achieve that probably took no little time and dedication to the grind. I just wish I had it within myself to be impressed by the achievement.
