If ANet were ever to expand upon the uses of Badges of Honor as a currency, what would you:

a) Like to see added to the list of purchasable things?
b) How many Badges of Honor you currently have?
c) What would you consider an ‘expensive’ amount of Badges in regards to how many you have?

Current B.o.H stock-pile: ~12k

I consider that amount utterly squat compared to others out there, particularly players who’ve been playing since launch.

If they added very expensive things such as ascended materials/components I would consider 5-10k, as an example, a reasonable cost for something such as a Lesser/Vision Crystal as B.o.H are reasonably easy to acquire.

Feel free to discuss this topic amongst yourselves/answer any of the questions above.

Almost 20k. And I just want salvageable armor (just the freakin runes!).

4,121. Unfortunately I spend most of my badges on siege

I have about 50, I spent them all upgrading siege in the big blue toilet for lots and lots of gold.

Sitting at 250 right now. Spent a lot on armor for a few alts.

i always thought that wvw bought items were restricted from being resold in the TP or being salvageable or mystic forged because anet didnt want wvw items from flooding the market and destroying the market.
but isnt silver waste farming already doing this? 100 gold average an hour? comparable to speed dungeon runs i believe
will allowing wvw armor to flood the market really make things worse than silver waste farming? why so much benefits in pve and pvp but so much restrictions in wvw?

I don’t see how people get so many badges. (Unless its EoTM but I don’t like that).

I used to play a lot and I’ve never had more than a couple thousand. And those go quick when you buy trinkets with them.

Ive got around 9k stockpiled.

Got about 18k, nothing to buy with them.

98k, but i spend huge amount of badges to air strikes and sentry turrets. Sometimes i buy couple trebs so i can shoot cows inside GvG matches or drop enemies down from overgrowth bridge gate.
Edit: Hmm i did lie. Seems like i have only 97.6k badges.

About 5k. I always spend them all on siege.

I have 3400. I spent a bit more than 1/2 of them when golem week was announced. cough

I think about 38k or so. Saving them for the big awesome merchant that will exchange bags of green gear for 1k badges.

On topic:

17k badges.

Would like to see exclusive rewards for WvW due to PvE and PvP having exclusive rewards so things like:

Mini pets
Finishers
Titles
Armor skins
Weapon skins
Outfits
Backpack skins
Legendary Weapons
Ascended stats with exclusive stat options (similar to PvE)
Superior Siege
Food and Utility buffs or recipes for it (similar to PvE)

Pretty much a counterpart for everything PvP and PvE have access too. Anything really!

As for prices, I can’t say… 1000 badges seems like a lot to me, but I don’t EotM where apparently it’s given out like candy from a white van.
